If you’ve ever wondered, how do I track what I spent on real estate photography last year for tax purposes?—the answer is simple: it’s already built into your account.

The Short Answer

Yes, you can easily generate a report of your photography expenses last year directly from your Gress Photography account.

Transcription: Hey, Beth, again, and my questions are getting a little low here in the fish bowl, so I really need your help in asking questions. So today's question from the fish bowl is, "Is there a way you can tell me how much I spent on photography for the year to help with my tax preparation?".  And yes, this is so simple, it's already in your account. So when you sign into your account at Gress Photography on the top, you click Account, head to the left, hit reports, and then click on purchase history. You can change at the top the period of time you want to get, generate that report to set it all up for all of 2025 and then you can print out, give it to your accountant, and it's done.  You don't have to worry about it. You can also click into each property, and it's a very interactive report, but this will get your accountant off your back. If you need help with that, just ask. I'm here for you.  Again, this is Beth with Gress Photography with your Media Minute. Look forward to talking with you soon. Thanks.
